Optimization of Disk Magnetic Coupler Based on Orthogonal Test and Multiobjective Genetic Algorithm

چکیده

In order to solve the optimization problem of disk magnetic coupler, two schemes, orthogonal test and multiobjective genetic algorithm, were used optimize coupler maximize torque while reducing eddy current loss, then correctness results was verified by electromagnetic simulation experiments. The loss optimized normalized using comprehensive evaluation function. After algorithm optimization, value increased 2.43 times 3.30 times, respectively, effect is more significant. relative errors between theoretical simulated values maximum are 2.22%–4.72% 1.13%–6.41%, suggesting that method feasible. research show can significantly improve performance which provide technical basis for design coupler.
